Rachel Payne is the most powerful and potent woman I know. Rachel is a tech entrepreneur, inventor, philanthropist, executive, former congressional candidate, and self-proclaimed recovering CEO. She recently sold her company, Fem Inc, an AI platform for media and entertainment companies. She’s a great friend and we recently returned from an epic sailing and white-water rafting trip together in Patagonia.
